One thing you can podcast is your webinar replays. I just did a webinar about podcasting to my audience and recorded the webinar with GoToWebinar.com as a WMV, then converted to MP4 with Camtasia. I could have used Vimeo or YouTube, but I have had and used Camtasia for years. But you need an mp4 to podcast video.
Then upload the file to Amazon S3, and here it is in my RSS feed as a podcast.
